Natalie was our lovely and dramatic six foot tall receptionist at Kidzsmart. She wore this dramatic costume to work one Halloween (with a blouse underneath). She is so drop-dead gorgeous that I just had to paint her. She was my first foray into realistic figurative painting from real models as opposed to images from my imagination which had provided me with a fertile ground for many years.
