Painting on Tyvek is quite nice as it comes in very long lengths and is so nice and smooth to paint on. It took the paint and colored graphite sticks very nicely and has a lovely Japanese rice paper quality to it.

Tyvek can be cut and even stitched into costumes, melted under heat to great effect for surface design and textural work.
